Same for me: rebuild from scratch (deleting the build dir, only using sstate-cache and download cache): works.

I'd vote for an issue with missing depends + parallelism...

Parallelism bug ?

can you do in the recipe PARALLEL_MAKE = "-j1" ?
we might also miss a depends

run make with V=1

Hitting the same issue without doing anything on master.. . This time, gcc 7.3.0 is used, but the include file is not preset... IMPORTANT: the same build dir/config has been used a few hours ago, without any change... Weirf
