Adjust ownership of highlevel audio apps & services and 4A components

Description

IoT.bzh is responsible for development and maintenance of some audio components. As a consequence, this must be reflected in the ownership of each repository, and be notified of reviews.

Apps:

  • apps/mixer (Mixer application)

  • apps/radio, (Radio app)

  • apps/mediaplayer ( Mediaplayer app)

Services:

  • apps/agl-service-radio (Radio service)

  • apps/agl-service-mediaplayer (Mediaplayer service)

  • apps/agl-service-audio-mpcd (MPD service, could be used in the future)

4A Stack:

  • apps/agl-service-audio-4a (4A high level API)

  • 4A internal components except unicens:

    • src/4a-alsa-core

    • src/4a-hal-generic

    • src/4a-softmixer

My apologies, I forgot about this.  I am okay with Walt's recommendations, and Thierry and Loic being added as co-maintainers of agl-service-radio and agl-service-mediplayer, respectively.  Who should I re-assign this to in order to have the Gerrit changes made?
