No reporting when apps are not properly installed at runtime
Description
There is no sign of failure when agl-postinst-* script fail ... they just finish faster but succeed.
The reporting needs to be inproved and cases like no-certificate, no SMACK in kernel and so on should be caught and messaged to the developer e.g. on the console or in the journal.
