Remove GENIVI Audio Manager services still in filesystem

Description

When shutting down AGL, messages show up indicating GENIVI Audio Manager services appear to be still in the filesystem:

 'Stopped GENIVI Audio Manager'

Need to be located and removed.

For AGL audio you have to choose between 2 features:

-  agl-audio-4a-framework (For 4A).

- agl-audio-soundmanager-framework (including GAM).

You can't have both.

Now, 4A is the default audio features for AGL.

If you want more information, do not hesitate to ask,  otherwise, I think you can close this jira.

Retested with 4A (manually) enabled- No GENIVI leftovers were found- good!

So what about the build without 4A? Is GAM or parts of it expected here?

I see...  currently we rebuild with 4a explicitly enabled, retest for GENIVI leftover messages and let you know.
