Harvester binding is meant to write and cache data in a TimeSeries database. XDS monitoring and telematic services will trigger binder and bindings internals through the binder supervisor or just pilot bindings through its normal API and forward the data to the harvester.

A third one will also be needed but project isn't began for telematic data collection.
