No sound while playing music via bluetooth - m3ulcb

Description

While playing from removable media and switch to Bluetooth ,
no audio is heard from Bluetooth while playing music. If switch back to removable media
and play again from removable media - sound is Ok , but in Bluetooth still doesn't works if you switch back.

Bluetooth : USB-bluetooth
Test device : Samsung Note 4 Dual Sim : Android 6.0.1: AVRCP 1.4

Board : m3ulcb 

Release : master

Steps to reproduce :

  1. Turn Bluetooth on . Pair and connect device

  2. Go to media player and play music from USB flash drive - sound should be heard from speakers

  3. Switch to bluetooth and play music from mobile device ( there shouldn't be any sound )

I think this can be resolved now that https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/#/c/16771/  (Flounder) and https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/#/c/16769/ (master) have been merged.

From dev call - This use case was fine on the Minnow Board. Seems to be M3 specific.
