Pardon me for this short description. I want to same things as agl-service-windowmanager-2017(SPEC-1547) and agl-service-soundmanager-2017(SPEC-1548). 

For homescreen , these are there jobs to do.

1 Change staging/qlibhomescren to src/libqthomescreen. (SPEC-1527)

2 Change staging/homescreen-2017 to src/homescreen. (SPEC-1549)

3 Rename agl-service-homescreen-2017 to agl-service-homescreen. 

   This issus to try to deal with job 3. I will do it in three steps.

1) create a new repo named apps/agl-service-homescreen.

    1.Owner name(s): Hoshina, Oiwa, zheng_wenlong

    2.Project: Hoshina, Oiwa, zheng_wenlong

    3.Project name: apps/agl-service-homescreen

    4.Short project description:  Application needa new binding to communicate with homescreen

    5.Repo name: apps/agl-service-homescreen

2) copy agl-service-homescreen-2017 code to new repo.

3) modify the recipes to use agl-service-homescreen
