Need to bump alsa-lib to 1.1.6 for booth EE and FF for 4a-softmixer to work

The 4a-softmixer uses advance PCM configuration options, that are poorly supported in both

alsa-lib-1.1.3 (current version on EE) and -1.1.4 (current version on FF)

Without version 1.1.6, it does not start, complaining when configuring the top playback PCM

Version 1.1.6 has been tested on m3 & kf boards, both on EE and FF, without any seen issue neither upon rpm installation not at runtime.
