App Framework Binder documentation broken

That isn't my fault.

You should tell the tools to convert the references to markdown files to references to corresponding html files.

mkdoc and gitbooks are doing this very well.

Just replace the tailing .md by .html and the link works!

I think that all "internal" links (IOW link that refers to another chapter/part) should be checked.
