libcap-native: invalid PACKAGECONFIG: attr

Description

Hi,

The following warning appears while building agl-demo-platform from both Eel 5.0.2 and 5.0.3:

I saw this comes from meta-agl/meta-app-framework/recipes-support/libcap/libcap_%.bbappend and it has been already fixed in master. I will make sure it doesn't affect eel too.
