lava-docker: disable DEBUG in logs

      The LAVA logs (master and slave) have DEBUG enabled by default.  We don't need this enabled by default as it leads to unnecessarily large/noisy logs (e.g. filled with pings between master/slaves etc.)

      Maybe lavalab-gen.py could have an option to enable debug logs on a per-master/slave basis in boards.yaml.
