App Manifest should include an optional recovery entry point

Description

AppFW where creating the systemd unit for a given App should be able to extract from the manifest, an optional Recovery entry point or secondary SW.

e.g. the Navigation fails to start, we do not want to get systemd just restatring it over and over. We likely want to cleanup any stored route and potentially execute a map DB recheck in order to increase the chance of start success.
