XDS-Server: Find for which machine a SDK has been built avoiding duplicated SDK
Description
XDS-server detects server using a database from publicly available SDK from AGL website but some got the same path and nothing to distinguish them once installed.
Typically, if you installed one using XDS-cli tools from a manually downloaded SDK, let's say for m3ulcb, then you'll have duplicated detection for dragonboard, m3ulcb and a new entry will be created (this was a bug) which raise to 3 SDK detected and each one use the same path.
Errors will be reported to remove them all since there is 1 path to rules them all, the second and third false detected SDK can't remove files. Those one has been already removed.
