package gn / nativesdk-gn too big as it downloads chromium just for the tools

Description

Currently we store the chromium tarball 4 times totalling to 8GB extra per arch .
2 * for gn + nativesdk-gn
2 * for chromium

This bug is for "gn" and "gn-nativesdk" .

As gn is just a set of build-tools, it should be a separate smaller package.
(Or shallow git clone of subfolder only).
In the current state it is not efficient.

Currently, it only fetches one time, but extracts twice - one extract for chromium and one for gn.

1) is it still an issue ? if not, I can close it.

2) if yes, I'd prefer Igalia to take this task.

Source tarball for gn ref'd in meta-agl-demo/recipes-devtools/gn has disappeared. Is it time to remove gn from the base build and adopt a new strategy to build chromium ?
