Unstable sound system when stop and start to switch next music/movie

Description

Using repo/manifests/eel_5.0.0.xml 

MediaPlayer and VideoPlayer playback very unstable because of crushing pulseaudio.  Crushing pulseaudio cause unexpected skip when choosing item in playlist or next or previous to play.

PulseAudio  constantly crushed by AlsaPcmHook like following (from unstable_sound_system.log of videoplayer).

And crush report of MediaPlayer. (from mediaplayer.log)

Pulse audio is not used anymore. We use 4a instead.

Fell free to reopen if you really want this to be fixed specifically for Eel.
