4a Any PCM allocated to pulse get its volume set to Zero at boot and at each use.

      1) When the system boots, any PCM allocated to pulse see it's level set to zero.

      Allocations are listed in this file

      /etc/pulse/default.d/90-4a-modules.pa

      2) when a sound start playing on an interface,

      All lower priority PCM managed by Pulse see their volume faded to Zero.

      More surprising, the selected PCM also gets it volume faded to Zero.

      When application stops, the volume of faded PCM remain to Zero.
