C++ binding: API header must be (re)generated by afb-genskel

Description

C++ isn't handled by afb-genskel tool for now until SPEC-1217 is resolved

agl-service-signal-composer and low-can-binding are two ones falling in that category. Other bindings written in C++ must be checked as well.

Current (EE) workaround: use label "BINDING" instead "BINDINGV2" in cmake call SET_TARGET_PROPERTIES

This SPEC serve a purpose, but can't remember which one...

Anyway this is resolved now, so let's close it.
