Pending post install job on qemux86-64 first boot takes >10 minutes (breaks automated test)

Description

Reproduce on eel (master) with:

source meta-agl/scripts/aglsetup.sh -m qemux86-64 -b build-q64 agl-appfw-smack agl-demo agl-devel agl-hmi-framework agl-netboot

bitbake agl-demo-platform-crosssdk

runqemu qemuparams="-snapshot" # snapshot to keep filesystem unchanged across reboots

It seems that /etc/rpm-postinst/105-ttf-dejavu-sans is the problem

Could you reassign this jira to the person concerned please

We still have the delay in the postinst.

Currently we mitigate it for CI but the root cause remains.

This is still valid, we just mitigate the actual effect.

confirm that this can be closed. There looks to be two patches in gerrit that were abandoned.
