Looks like this patch will be needed as well:
https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/#/c/13477/
I'm waiting on builds but so far it's looking good, with that patch applied on AGL master.

https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/#/c/13471/ is needed on some boards with newer kernels as temporary workaround until most.bb is fixed.

I'm waiting for @ronan Le Martret to push it as it is not mergable . @ronan Le Martret please update meta-renesas-rcar-gen3 with the content of your branch.

Looking further, it looks like we didn't rebase onto the rocko branch of renesas-rcar, so the renesas layer is broken. I see there is a branch sandbox/ronan/rocko in the meta-renesas-rcar-gen3 repo. @ronan Le Martret should we push that to master?

The move to rocko appears to be breaking Renesas builds for me. `meta-renesas-rcar-gen3` has some hardcoded bbappends for gstreamer 1.6.3, as well as a linux-renesas-4.14.bbappend, both of which no longer apply.
Update master to follow Yocto project rocko branch in preparation for Funky Flounder release.
