Clean up recipe packagegroup-agl-demo-platform.bb

      Currently "agl-service-unicens" and "unicens-config" are listed in the HVAC section of the recipe packagegroup-agl-demo-platform.bb to have them built for the agl-demo-platform target. This dependency needs to be removed, as Unicens does not depend on HVAC. Instead a new section shoud be introduced for those two recipes.
