Rename webosose eel branches from master to eel

Description

Avoid using master branches (that will exist eventually for building on top of AGL master) for the Eel work:

  • Rename chromium53 branch @1.agl to @1.agl.eel

  • Rename wam branch @1.agl to @1.agl.eel

  • Rename meta-agl-lge master branch to eel.

  • Update meta-agl-lge to point to the right eel branches of chromium53 and wam.

  • Test everything is building properly on top of eel.

I also added an extra fix for building ovmf on Ubuntu 18.04. That is definitely a candidate for porting to upstream Eel.
