Container images in https://download.automotivelinux.org/AGL/snapshots/sdk/docker/ are back (for versions >= 152)

Fix pushed to gerrit to solve gpg issue as seen in:

https://build.automotivelinux.org/view/jjb-weekly-jobs/job/snapshot-jjb-container-weekly/150/console

 

: to detect such issue, I'd recommend to grep on "CRASH" in the job log to mark it as FAIL. Is it something that can be done through jjb definition ?

There's again some build failures due to ruby stuff (for documentation tools)

Container should use BUILD_NUMBER or BUILD_ID on-top of version number. We'll clean-up old builds after 2month.
Separate Jenkins job for 'release' build for container.
