DRA7xx-EVM fails to build due to its use of the master branch of meta-ti (TI does not maintain a pyro branch). This is caused by:

linux-ti-staging: stop using linux-dtb.inc

The Device Tree support is now handled by the kernel class. This patch
removes the inclusion of linux-dtb.inc from the kernel recipes in this
layer.

which is required if you are actually building against oe-core master but breaks AGL that is using pyro.
