This will enable the out-of-tree development of kernel code (such as kernel modules) in the AGL demo platform SDK.

There is an issue with the kernel development instructions found at Developing kernel code for AGL, as the source path /usr/src/kernel is not found in the target sysroot currently.  This improvement would fix this issue.
