DRA7xx-EVM ALSA controls not configured for line-out/mic by default

The ALSA controls for the onboard tlv320aic3106 codec do not come up with usable default settings for the dra7xx-evm analog audio jacks. The workaround is to use alsamixer/amixer to set the Line DACL1/R1 and PGA MicL1/R1 switches on and increase the line out gain. These presets need to be provided in a default asound.state in order to enable playback and capture on the Line-Out and Microphone jacks, respectively.
