Currently half of the builds fail with sota enabled:

• cyclone5 (wic not supported, yet)
• dra7xx
• dragonboard (ERROR: Nothing PROVIDES 'virtual/bootloader')
• h3ulcb (ERROR: Function failed: do_image_wic)
• joule (ERROR: Nothing PROVIDES 'virtual/bootloader')

We cannot leave it as-is.

Short term workaround is to remove sota from 'agl-all-features'.
But it would really be better make it just work (tm).
