m3ulcb build fails with net-tools-1.60-26-r0 do_patch

      I am doing m3ulcb clean build with master branch, and I am seeing following break.

      Looking into recipes, net-tools componet is used by packagegroup-ivi-common-test.bb.

      My aglsetup.sh command line feature is agl-devel agl-demo agl-netboot agl-appfw-smack agl-localdev oem-extra-libs

      Update:

      If I add oem-extra-libs, the error happens (but only with m3ulcb)

      Is this known?
