Expand upstream lava-ci support to add LAVA v2 templates for more tests, including kselftest, hackbench, etc.

This will also require

• expanding kernelci.org builds to build the kselftests themselves when a kselftest defconfig is enabled
• packaging, uploading the keselftests for easy download by a LAVA job

This will also require building any testsuites using a sysroot from the kernelCI buildroot builds.  There is a host.tar.xz tarball included with the buildroot for each arch.  e.g. https://storage.kernelci.org/images/rootfs/buildroot/arm64/tests/
