Allow bluetooth binding to autoconnect to known devices

Description

Currently to connect to bluetooth devices for even known devices you must select it on the Bluetooth Settings page. The binding should be able to detect a device in range and autoconnect.

So detection of a known device in range is impossible since you'd have to wait for discovery to complete for a paired device. Real solution is round robin of known devices, and cycling in order of priority. Which currently is the order of BT devices paired
