Miss matching version number in settings app.

Environment

The settings app shows AGL version, but it show "3.0 (Charming Chinook)" in RC1(3.99.1). I've tried to commit, but the push is not accept because my account is not grant. I attached the propose patch.

Please use "git review" .

To install: sudo pip install git-review

To use:

cd git/settings/

git review -s

git log -2 # should show your patch on-top of master

git review
