meta-updater falls-back to sota_none.inc

We need to uprev meta-updater in AGL-repo to the head of the morty branch for DAB rc2.
What remains is https://github.com/advancedtelematic/meta-updater/issues/69
which leads to tons (14000 messages) like this on boards that are not in the supported list (e.g. dragonboard-410c)
