a2dp profile no longer works

Description

On various platforms including qemu (which I've tested), and porter ( has tested) the a2dp profile no longer connects... AVRCP profile does work aka controls function and metadata is displayed.

 

$ journalctl |grep a2dp

May 23 04:55:18 qemux86-64 bluetoothd[603]: a2dp-source profile connect failed for A0:18:28:34:1B:9C: Protocol not available

In my testing, the PA fix for https://lf-automotivelinux.atlassian.net/browse/SPEC-612#icft=SPEC-612 seems to fix this.
