Access denied (403) to DOORS NG server

Description

After accessing https://jazz.automotivelinux.org and logging in with my AGL account (jsheldon), the Tomcat instance responds with a 403 error.

This morning, the error strangely became more verbose after a few refreshes:

HTTP Status 403 - CRJAZ1394E The "jsheldon" user ID cannot connect to the repository because it is not assigned to a repository group that has permissions to access the repository.

The credentials appear to pass on properly, but perhaps the DOORS NG configuration isn't assigning new users to a default space/group/queue or minimal environment as a starting place for access?

This problem can be recreated with a first-time login by any other user who hasn't yet accessed the DOORS NG system. I verified this with #automotive user "jeremiah" at 11:47AM Central time Sept. 28 prior to creating this ticket and he, too, received an "access denied" error just after login completed.

: Add to LDAP group ?

Apologies, I'm just now seeing this on the Wiki:

"The AGL doors server can be found at http://doors.automotivelinux.org. If you require access to the DOORS server we need to add your account to DOORS group on the server."

This ticket can be closed. It might be useful to adjust the phrasing on jazz.automotivelinux.org to better reflect the quote above, but ultimately I overlooked the need for requesting additional access on top of the primary account.
