Building agl-demo-platform-crosssdk leads to creating the SDK in tmp/deploy/sdk/...

All development packages should be included in the SDK (see tmp/deploy/sdk/*.target.manifest), but af-binder-dev is not present anymore.

As a consequence, developers who make use of the SDK can't build any AGL binding, which makes this bug critical.
