There is a requirement to add support for balance/fade/treble/bass audio controls in the demo.  This issue will be used to track the changes for this:

• Adding new audio control signals in our VSS schema overlay, as a precursor to attempting to get them added upstream.
• Adding support for the new signals in agl-service-audiomixer
• Adding use of the new signals in the new flutter-ics-homescreen application
