There are several issues with the VSS signaling to/from the new homescreen:

• Updates of the HVAC signals are setting the value, not the actuator target value, which is what is expected and agl-service-hvac requires.
• Signal subscriptions currently do not work when running with token authorization as is the new default.
• The engine speed value is being incorrectly parsed as an integer, and updates thus fail.
• The fan speed value is not being pushed to a VSS signal.

This issue will be used to track resolving the above.
