While looking through logs for SPEC-4974, I noticed some errors from udev that showed that the udev rules we add via bbappend meta-agl-bsp/meta-rcar-gen3 are out of date with respect to the weston & agl-compositor startup changes that were done for the user session removal (see SPEC-4714).  The issue is the remaining use of the "display" group from the old app framework, we now only use the "video" group as the upstream recipes in oe-core / poky do, so the bbappends should be updated to match.
