Radio playback changes media player output behavior

Description

When launching the radio playback, local media player becomes mute even after radio playback is stopped.
After launching Navigation app and choosing a destination, local playback from media player can be heard only during turn-by-turn audio cues.

I started working on this issue last week. This seems to be an old problem. I will delve into it a little bit and update some thing on this very soon.

Launching the media player and playing a track should produce audible audio playback which is a regular behavior.
The Radio app should also produce audio playback which also is a regular behavior; stopping the radio playback should not affect the local playback from media player and as a regular behavior is considered being able to have playback from media player after stopping the radio app. Does this make sense?

I don't believe this particular instance to be a regression as I do not recall this happening before

I assigned this to   to look at since it seems like it might be a Wireplumber issue.
