Enable building meta-agl-demo demo images as IC EG containers

Description

This issue is to track changes to enable building the demo images in meta-agl-demo (i.e. agl-demo-platform, agl-cluster-demo-platform, agl-ivi-demo-platform-flutter, etc.) as containers for the IC EG's system container scheme in meta-agl-ic-container.

Just a note, I have started thinking about perhaps removing the changes that were done in meta-agl-demo for this to avoid confusion with the IC EG's preferred scheme of building the demo images separately with the agl-container feature.

Will not back port to Octopus since the IC EG is still discussing exactly how they want to build the demo images in the future.

Should this be backported to Octopus after the 15.0.0 release?  As it stands now it will not show up in a release until Pike in July
