A follow-up from SPEC-4629. It seems we pull in the ini configuration from the cluster image into the regular image and with it we get a remote output configuration without (apparently) some of GSt plug-ins which are required to make the pipeline work.

As a result we seem to be getting an assert from GSt which crashes the compositor, so the agl-image-flutter is unusable at this point.

Tried with latest needlefish. ~~Have to test out master to verify there as well. ~~ This happens on master as well.
