The Flutter HVAC application needs some UI updates to improve demo-ing, at least, but not necessarily limited to:

• Replace "L CLIMATE" and "R CLIMATE" with "Left" and "Right"
• The temperature selection needs to be reworked, at minimum the slider should be replaced with a proper scrollbar
• The Material splash animation on many of the buttons should likely be disabled, as it looks somewhat out of place given they change color when pressed
