While getting the AGL next branch into a state to hand-off to Denys, I noticed that agl-compositor now fails to build against Weston 11.0.0 due to the weston_surface_set_color API being removed from upstream (see Weston commit b5605ccd and related commits from Daniel Stone). I have updated the agl-compositor next branch with the minimal meson.build changes required to at least try to build, when you have a chance please investigate what it will take to get the compositor building again. AFAICT it'll be something along the lines of new code to create and manage the solid color buffers used for the curtains on outputs at startup. I wouldn't say it's an urgent thing, but we are somewhat limited in what we can test with the next branch without an update.
