Description

Upgrading KUKSA.val to a newer version with a hopefully stabilized version of its gRPC version of the VIS API is desirable to enable starting work on switching applications over to it, and to allow any new development done against Needlefish for CES to target that from the start.  That hopefully will make it easier to get switched completely over to gRPC usage down the road.
