set_app_property(FULLSCREEN) on rotated output results in improper positioning

      1. Run "agl-demo-platform-image" on AGL Reference Hardware board with two 1080p displays connected.

      2. Adjust weston.ini configuration to have

      [output]
name=HDMI-A-1
transform=rotate-90

[output]
name=HDMI-A-2

      and reboot.

      NOTE: That IVI homescreen will start on HDMI-A-2 because agl-compositor revers order of outputs.

      3. Run

      set_app_property("org.freedesktop.weston.simple-egl", FULLSCREEN, ..., HDMI-A-1)

      4. Run weston-simple-egl

      Problem: - rotating triangle does not fit screen because it is configured with width=1920/height=1080
