Restore psplash rotation for agl-demo-platform image

      At one point the splash screen with psplash was getting rotated for portrait mode for agl-demo-platform, but that got dropped several releases ago with some cleanup.  Upstream psplash has a -angle option that allows for this, so it seems worthwhile to restore doing the rotation for the main demo image.
