[ API helloworld ] Can not request low-can service

      I am trying to use low-can service inside helloworld application.

      I have added require-api <low-can> in config.xml.in file of agl-service-hellowolrd.

      Problem Details : 

      ->When started helloworld service,

          1. On qemu : Error - Can not start 

          2. journalctl -f : [API helloworld] can not request low_can service
