After kirkstone, we need to deploy a new PRServ and Hashserv instance .

Update default ports and so on.

PRServ and hashserv  are implemented and live.

 

prserv.automotivelinux.org:8282   is the r/o port

 

hashequiv.automotivelinux.org:8484 is the r/o port
