The sources for the ndctl and ttf-noto-emoji recipes fail to fetch in a clean build in the dunfell based branches due to their upstreams renaming their "master" branches to "main".  This needs to be fixed upstream in meta-openembedded, but we will need to carry workarounds in the interim.  Since this issue is not tied to upgrading to a new dunfell release it seems better to track it separately.
