Web applications framework needs to be adapted to kirkstone and needlefish for a variety of reasons:

• Recipe variables appends are different.
• Less implicit dependencies, so they need to be explicit.
• HTML5 apps do not build properly in new NodeJS/NPM.
• GCC and libstdc++ upgrade cause some extra issues too.

So, on top of having chromium91 based web application framework in marlin, this task will work on the pending changes to have same functionality in master after kirkstone rebase.
