When moving some files/recipes from one layer to another (for example from meta-agl-exra to meta-agl), multiple reviews must be pushed but the verification build triggered by gerrit will fail for all reviews as coherency is broken if ALL the reviews are not taken in account.

To circumvent that problem, it could be possible to use the optional topic set by author to group all pending reviews with same topic before performing the verification build. This way, all patches needed on ALL repositories would be applied before trying to build.
